    A great book to help you start clean eating and ridding your box of unneeded toxins. This book has been instrumental in teaching me of the bad thing that I eat and how it can harm my body. It also guides me to restore my bodies health and move it to the right direction to ensure that what I am eating is healthy as well as I understand what I am eating. This book has been helpful in me moving beyond the plateau of losing baby weight and move my life the a healthier lifestyle. Highly recommended.

  • A must have for those trying to eat "clean" and healthy!

    About 6 months ago I began a journey to become healthier. I began working out, and I cutout a lot of the things I knew I shouldn't eat. The problem was I didn't put back in many healthier options. So I loved getting to read 28 Days of Clean Eating, because it helped me know which foods to add to my diet, and even gave me great recipes, menu's and shopping lists. It also gives advice on clean eating, which I found super helpful. I love that the recipes are all easy to follow and simple to make, you don't have to be Mario Battali to figure them out. Plus they are all so yummy! The recipes include breakfasts, lunches, snacks, dinner, desserts and smoothies! Plus there are vegetarian dinner recipes for the adventurous and the meat free. This is really a must have book for anyone wanting to eat healthier. I recommend the Triple Berry Smoothie recipe!

    I have been trying to go all natural as much as possible and this book has been pretty helpful. It gives you tips and recipes for 28 days of clean eating. Lots of great tasting meals and snacks that are also good for you, because let's face it, if you don't like the taste most likely you're not going to eat it. So if you are looking for some ideas on clean eating, this book is for you!
  • Great Book For Anyone New To Clean Eating

    This is a great book about how to start “clean eating”. If your looking for a "diet book" this is not that...It starts with an introduction to clean eating ( avoiding processed foods that are full of sugar, salt, additives, preservatives and unhealthy fats).  The book gives you 5 steps of clean eating & also tells you what your servings should look like. It also discusses the benefits of different foods: i.e. what foods are good for heart. There is an easy to follow 4 weeks food plans for 3 meals & 2 snacks, shopping list & tips.   There are also Vegan, Gluten free recipes with calories per serving if you choose to go that route.  This book is easy to follow and great for anyone new to clean eating. The smoothie recipes are surprisingly delicious!

    I am really into the idea of clean eating after reading the book .Its much better than I thought.The recipes are delicious ! This is something that is easy to do .The only thing I didnt see was a calorie count .But for me thats ok I hate to count caleries

    This book takes all of the guesswork out of eating clean. It provides a good introduction on the hows and whys of clean eating. The recipes are fresh, clean, and delicious. It’s so simple to start eating clean with the 28 days worth of menu plans and shopping lists. I love the extras in the back of the book – seasonal fruits and vegetables, the “dirty dozen” and “clean fifteen”, and the conversion charts! Wonderful book!

It includes 5 steps to follow to get you started and explains in detail of things you can eat and things you should avoid. Learn more about reading those labels and what's really to look for, nutrition, canned foods, process foods and more. I would recommend this book to anyone.
